Open: Challenging class for Int/Adv students, though all are welcome. Recommended for those who have been practicing min 6 months. Class combines alignment principles, chanting, vinyasa flow, and meditation.

-LEVELS-

Restorative:
Allows the body to focus on relaxing in restful postures. This kind of restfulness allows the parasympathetic nervous system to equalize the body's response system.  Over stimulation can weaken the body's immune system allowing for injury and illness.  Taking the time to relax into restorative yoga poses gives the body the time needed to recuperate,  allowing your full  new yoga practice to evolve. It is very important to truly honor your body during the recovery process. Simple slow gently guided poses with breath integration.  Fantastic class!!
