Mission Statement, to provide  proper yoga instruction to everyone on every level.  From the beginning student to the level 1/2 and leading into strong challenging poses.  Starting with the basic knowledge of yoga and its foundation, introduction to the various ways to go about your practice.  Yoga is a fantastic way to increase muscle and mental flexibility while also adding muscle tone, learning basic anatomy of the body, mindful meditation, the breath, and even chanting. Introduction to the chrakras, your energetic body and vibration and how it all at some point blends smoothly.  Where is your focus today? Yoga teaches us all how to truly enjoy each moment of the day, along our own paths and journeys of self discovery.

Ingrid is also certified in EFT and life-health coach. She is also available for private cooking classes and nutrional consultations.  Simple, fun and she makes it easy to incorporate a healthier way of eating with the foods we put into our bodies. Some of the core concepts of yoga: Prana/Apana, Sthira/Sukha.  Focusing on steadiness and tension release through the knowledge of Pranayama and Asana, leading up to a calm relaxing meditation practice. Sthira being the anterior or weight bearing and compression load verses Sukha, the posterior, the tension loads. Try finding balance and space between the two. Create space, openess and ease in your life. The time is now, today!

Private yoga lessons are now being offered at a rate of $150(1-4 clients) per hour+, come in and deepen your practice.  Open to all levels, want  to deepen your knowledge of the basic foundation, just want a vinyasa class that is convienent for you. Change is inevitable.  Nothing material lasts forever, yet there is a part of us that is eternal.  The popular yoga mantra, "Om Namah Shivaya", meaning "I bow to Shiva, the deity of change and destruction", reminds us that not only is change inevitable but it is necessary.  As we bow to change, we bow to the Unknown.


We're practicing and hope you can continue to join us.. Prepare yourselves for more chanting, the sound is amazing and really very energizing!  We are practicing with a nice high celing, so the sound vibrates a little differently than our other studio.  .
